Activities During The Rally

Bingo Night - Monday night is Bingo Night! From 7:00pm to 8:30pm, in Building A. The cost will be $5 per bundle which includes four sheets, one for each game. Each sheet will have three Bingo cards on it, giving you three opportunities each game to win! You may purchase multiple bundles at $5 each. Proceeds from the bingo game are split between the winners and the rally charity. Tickets will be sold during and after dinner, and will close at 6:50pm. Please get your tickets early! Cash only.

Amish Bake Sale - One of GDRV's team members is involved in his family’s bakery. The bakers will be on-site Wednesday in the dining tent from 10:00am to 2:00pm (or until their goodies are sold out). Please bring CASH to purchase the baked goods.

Show and Sell - Would you like to sell a product that you make or already sell? On Wednesday from 10:00am to 2:00pm, tables will be available in the dining tent to sell your product. If you would like to participate, please email Deanna at simmonsdeanna@gmail.com with your name and the product you’ll be selling, or sign up in the information tent when you arrive.

Arts and Crafts for Adults - Join Kathy Gurgone, Imagine owner, for Craft Hour on Monday and Tuesday at 2:00pm on the west side of Building E. Kathy will be teaching a craft on both days, but you are also welcome to bring your own projects and enjoy the company of other crafters. Open Crafting Time - In the dining tent on Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. This drop-in time is open and unstructured, and is space for crafters to get together, learn from each other, and connect through their hobbies.
Fitness Activities - Reflection owners Gary and Linda Chatham will lead several fitness activities for all ages and abilities, including a bike ride, yoga, body weight exercises, and a walk/run. Book Exchange - Bring the books that you have read, and exchange them for ones that you have not. The book exchange table will be set up in Building A.

RV Swap Donation Table - Bring RV items that you no longer need, and browse for items that you do need. A donation table will be set up in Building A. When you pick up a treasure, deposit a donation into the box. All proceeds are donated to charity.
