Rally Begins!
Follow the instructions below if you need to update your registration info, including any of the following:
Contact Info
Email Address
Arrival Date & Departure Date
Guest Names
Emergency Contact Info
Model Name(Imagine, Reflection, etc)
Model Number (i.e. 2930RL)
VIN

Note * - if you have acquired a different trailer than the one you registered with, you will not be able to submit service requests for the new trailer.

Note * - If you have existing service requests, you may not make any changes to them(changes were only allowed until June 15th)

If you don't know how to edit your info, follow the instructions below:

Open the email you received when you purchased your Rally Ticket or go to www.eventbrite.com/mytickets.
(The Subject line in your original email will include Registration Confirmation for 2022 Grand Design RV National Owners Rally)

When you log into Eventbrite, you must use the same email address that you used to purchase your tickets. If you didn't create an EB account, you will be prompted to do so in order to edit your ticket.
​
This works best in a browser on a laptop, tablet, or desktop computer.
​
Please note - If you attempt to edit your order from your phone, and you have the Eventbrite app installed, the app does not allow you to edit your order.

Once your order is displayed, click on the Edit button.

Edit your information

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Save

You're done!!!
