Some Common Questions...

Below are some common questions we get asked on a regular basis, along with the answers. These are all found in the FAQ, Rules & Policies section of the website. Please review those documents, as they are the single best source of information pertaining to every aspect of the rally.

• I want to change my repair requests that I entered when I registered, how do I do that? – The short answer is you cannot change these after registration per Grand Design policy. Once you register, the process immediately starts to source and identify the parts and service needed to complete your repair requests. The Grand Design team cannot facilitate these requests changing once they have started that process.

• I need to cancel my reservation, how? – please send an email to info@gdrvnationalrally.com with your request and we will take care of processing that for you.

• Where do I get tickets for factory tours? – that information is on the website at https://www.gdrvnationalrally.com/factorytours

• I need to change information associated with my order, how do I do that? – please send an email to info@gdrvnationalrally.com and we will take care of that for you.

• I would like to get on the Notification List for a site in a full hookup area, how do I do that? – Once you have purchased a ticket you may not attempt to purchase a ticket in another area of the fairgrounds. The Notification List process in currently not in effect because sites are still available for the event, and once the event is sold out we will put the Notification List process in place. At that time, you may not put your name on that list in an attempt to get a site in another area. • Does the excursion ticket cover both myself and my spouse? – You must purchase a ticket for each person planning to go on that excursion. You may purchase those at any time as long as there are tickets available for that particular excursion.
