Registration Waiting Room and Queueing Process - Ticket Purchase

At 1pm Eastern on Saturday, 2 hours before registration opens, the waiting room will open on the registration site. You are welcome to join the waiting room at any time during the 2 hours prior to registration. No priority for tickets is determined based on when you joined the waiting room. Prior to 3pm everyone in the waiting room will see a screen similar to the one below with a countdown timer.

At 3pm, everyone in the waiting room will be randomized into the ticket queue, regardless of when you joined the waiting room. After everyone is randomized and placed in the ticket queue, you will see a message indicating your place in the queue. The Eventcube ticketing will move people thru the queue into the ticketing area automatically. This is to keep the process fair for everyone who was in the waiting room prior to 3pm. If you join after 3pm, you will be placed at the back the queue. Once you have been moved from the queue into the ticketing area, you will have 40 minutes after selecting a ticket to purchase. If you don't see a ticket available in a certain area, choose another, as that area is likely sold out. Have a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice for areas you would like to stay in.
