All:
We know that you are excited about registration for the 2026 National Rally. The volunteer team has been working very hard behind the scenes to get things ready for registration and the event! Here's some useful information, whether you've been to the event previously or this is your first time. Every year there are changes, and this year is no different. We have new Wagonmasters(Brian & Michelle Cravener), new Area Hosts, new excursions, and a host of other activities planned to make this a memorable event for everyone.
First things first:
If you have not read the Rules & Policies/FAQ/Registration Info, this is a must! The vast majority of questions we receive are answered in great detail in these documents.
Registration works the same this year as last.
There is a new document in the Rules & Policies section that outlines how to request repairs during registration. Make sure that you read and understand that thoroughly, as once you request repairs during registration they cannot be changed.
If you are not a subscriber to the website, we strongly suggest you become one. Anytime we post (such as this post), all subscribers are automatically notified via email that new information is available.
Many questions about the event are posted on social media. Bear in mind that the answer to the question may not be accurate, unless it comes directly from a member of the core volunteer team or a GDRV representative. If there is a question for which you can find no answer in the Information/FAQ section of the website, please send an email to info@gdrvnationrally.com. The folks who monitor that email will either know the answer directly or know where to get the answer and will reply to you promptly.
The rally schedule draft is posted on the website - this is a draft and will change, but it also will give you an idea of the order of events during the rally.
The seminar schedule has not been updated - we have kept the 2025 schedule on the site so you have an idea of the seminar offerings. As the vendor list is finalized, the seminar schedule will be updated.
The vendor and OEM list will be updated in the near future, the list posted currently is from 2025, but many vendors and OEMs will be the same.
Charity information will be updated prior to registration, it's not quite ready yet.
Questions we get asked often prior to registration:
How do I get a FHU site? Answer: the competition for FHU sites is fierce, and those tickets sell out fast. If you want a better chance to secure a ticket, select and Area that is not FHU. All areas that are not FHU include honey wagon service to empty your tanks during the event at least 2 times.
Are the excursion tickets per couple or per person? All excursion tickets(not including Factory Tours, which are free) are per person.
Do I need to purchase excursion tickets at the time of registration? You do not, however, those tickets are limited, and when they're gone, they're gone. Your best option is to purchase those tickets during registration.
Last year, we still had tickets available for the event at the beginning of August, it was not a sell-out. If you don't secure a ticket on April 11th, bear in mind that there are people that cancel for a variety of reasons from now until the end of the summer, so if you subscribe to the website you will know what the current status of ticket sales is.
If you have a question - please direct it to info@gdrvnationalrally.com and we will do our best to get you an answer.
Happy camping and safe travels!
