Preparing for Registration

As you get ready for the opening of registration on Saturday, April 11 at 3pm EST, please remember and review the following:

• Please read all the FAQ documents in full

• Please read all the Rules & Policies in full

• There is a specific document detailing how to register for repairs while at the event, and the limitations on which repairs can be requested. Review that beforehand as requests cannot be changed after registration.

• Excursion info and a draft of the schedule is available for review

• Make sure you understand any limitations associated with some of the areas(size, handicap, FHU, etc)

• Reminder that Areas K and L are not being used this year, so know which area you're targeting as a first or second choice.

• The seminar schedule, Camp GDRV schedule and Vendor list are not yet updated. As we get those completed subscribers to the website will be notified automatically.

Every year, important information in the FAQ and Rules/Policies changes. If you've attended before, please review so that you are not surprised by something being different this year than last.
