Areas G & I...This is Us!

Hosts for Areas G & I

Phil and Tanya Devereaux and Don and Gayle Huggan with Alli, Macie, and Kylie

Welcome to Areas G & I. We hope to bring you an enjoyable experience while being a guest in our areas. So that you feel familiar with us, we’ve included a little background on each of us.

Phil and Tanya We’ve been the East Coast Rally Support Coordinators for Grand Design RV since 2019, have attended 5 National Rallies prior to this year, and have been GDRV Owners since 2016. Retirement started in 2017, after having amazing careers in the fire department (Phil), and Physical Therapy for humans and canine (Tanya). We traveled full time in our Solitude375 RES until we fell in love with Winter Garden, FL where we bought a house. We now own a Momentum 397THS which we primarily use during rally season. We are slightly Disney crazy, and spend A LOT of time in the parks. Going to Fort Wilderness Campground at Disney to visit other GDRV Owners who make their way there brings us joy. Maybe we’ll see you there soon too! Until then, we can’t wait to meet you and spend time together at the National Rally.

Don and Gayle - We’ve been RVing since 2000. In 2016, we bought our Grand Design Solitude 375re which we primarily left on our seasonal site in Freeport, ME. In 2021 we sold our house, quit our jobs, and decided to try the full-time adventure with our three amazing fur-babies Alli, Kylie & Macie! We’re absolutely loving it with no end in sight!! Can’t imagine a better way to see this beautiful country than in our Solitude being a part of this amazing Grand Design Family! This will be our 4thyear attending the National Rally and our first time as an area co-host. We’re very excited to be a part of this amazing team, but even more so to help everyone get the most out of this amazing event. We’re looking forward to meeting everyone.
